Spooky Story Time and Trick-or-Treating

Thursday, October 27th | 4 – 5 PM 

Bring your little ones (ages 2-10) in costume for a spooky story time followed by trick-or-treating, games, and activities. Each family will receive one free book. 

Safe Trick-or-Treating 

Old Town Auburn | Streets of Old Town Auburn, Auburn, CA 95603

Friday, October 28th | 2 – 5 PM 

Stroll down the streets of Old Town Auburn and trick-or-treat at local shops and restaurants. Head to Herschel Young Park at 4pm for the Children’s Costume Contest.

Trunk or Treat 

Quarry Park Adventures | 5373 Pacific Street, Rocklin, CA 95677  

Saturday, October 29th | 11 AM – 3 PM

The rock walls and coves have been decorated for Halloween at Quarry Park! Enjoy this free event with trick-or-treating, face painting, a child-friendly maze and scavenger hunt, and more! 

Loomis Community Preschool Fall Carnival

Historic Loomis Train Depot | 5775 Horseshoe Bar Road, Loomis, CA 95650 

Saturday, October 29th | 2 – 6 PM

There will be food, games, art, and a magic show that starts at 5pm. The entrance fee of $5 benefits the school. 

Halloween Party & Costume Contest

Placer Farms Produce | 3215 Boulder Creek Place, Penryn, CA 95663

Saturday, October 29th | 3 – 6:30 PM

Live music begins at 5pm. There will be night hayrides, food, games, pumpkin painting, and a costume contest! 

Trick-or-Treat FestiFall

Historic Folsom | 905 Leidesdorff St, Folsom, CA 95630 

Saturday, October 29th | 2 – 5 PM

Visit Historic Downtown Folsom for trick-or-treating up and down the streets at participating businesses. Head over to the Sutter & Wool street lot for jump houses, games, and prizes. 

Wild Howl-O-Ween

Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary | 403 Stafford Street, Folsom, CA 95630

Saturday, October 29th | 10 AM – 2 PM

Head over to the Folsom Zoo for animal-themed scavenger hunts and treats! $7/person and free for children 2 and under.

FalloWeen Fest

Downtown Lincoln | 2010 First Street, Lincoln, CA 95648

Monday, October 31st | 3 – 5:30 PM

Visit local shops and Beermann Plaza for trick-or-treating in Downtown Lincoln. You can also sign up to participate in the Floating Pumpkin Patch at the McBean Pool. Participants will swim in the pool and pick a pumpkin (or you can pick a pumpkin from the spray pool if you don’t want to swim). The fee to participate in the Floating Pumpkin Patch is $15.
