HEY, I’M KRISTIN

A top-producing Realtor and Luxury Property Specialist with lifelong roots in Granite Bay. I help sophisticated buyers and sellers stand out in today’s ever-changing market.

Some people say don’t sweat the small stuff. Well, I definitely do.

Because if there’s one thing I learned as a Realtor in San Francisco and Marin County, it’s that winning in real estate is all in the details …
A simple follow up call may be the difference between an offer $10K above asking, or an offer $25K above asking (it’s why I personally follow up with every single person who walks through your home, even if we’ve already got a few offers lined up).
One small line in a disclosure document may be the reason you decide not to put in an offer on a house (yet many agents simply gloss over these).
A little creative thinking may be the difference between your offer getting accepted versus someone else’s (it’s how I’ve been able to win bids for my clients, even when their offer isn’t the highest).
Maybe it’s all the years I spent under the microscope during my competitive horseback riding days or the fact that I’m a new mom with a to-do list the length of California, but details are my love language.

It’s what helped me become a top-producing Realtor with more than $160 million in sales in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the nation.

I think of everything so you don’t have to.

What makes me different from the other 200K+ realtors in the state of California?

DETAILS

From pouring over every single word of disclosure documents to obsessively tracking comps in a spreadsheet, I pay attention to things many others might overlook.

GRIT

I grew up cleaning horse stalls and competing in jumping and dressage competitions. I don’t shy away from hard work and I compete HARD on your behalf to get you what you want.

STAGING

I don’t want to brag, but I have excellent taste (in food, wine, and interior design). As a Luxury Property Specialist and a serial home renovator, I make sure your home looks magazine-worthy come Listing Day.

CONNECTIONS

I’m beyond grateful to have grown up in the amazing community of Granite Bay and my parents live here as well. I feel so lucky to be raising my own family here now.

EXPERIENCE

I spent the first part of my career in the cutthroat markets of San Francisco and Marin County, two of the most fast-paced, competitive housing markets in the nation. I’ve done more than $160 million in sales.

COMMUNICATION

I’m always available via email, cell, or text (awesome GIFs included). I’ll never simply email you documents — I’ll always call and walk you through them, step by step.

TRUST
When it comes time to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, you need to feel confident beyond a shadow of a doubt that you’re choosing a real estate agent who’s as passionate about your next big move as you are.

DIGITAL MARKETING

I deliver a personalized client experience with today’s digital marketing trends and technology to help my clients buy and sell their home.

A little more about me…

I grew up riding horses competitively in Granite Bay (jumping and dressage).

I got my degree in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly and worked for Annie’s Homegrown (if you’re a fellow mom, you’re probably familiar with the mac and cheese and bunny fruit snacks) before I became a Realtor.

I live for a good house reno project. My husband and I fixed up and “flipped” our first home in Marin and it allowed us to buy our second “fixer upper” on a beautiful property in Loomis. We also bought and renovated a duplex in Downtown Loomis that we rent out.

I’m a neat freak. I arrive one hour early to Open Houses with a leaf blower, vacuum, and an arsenal of tools in hand to present your home in the best light.

In my free time (which is limited as a new mom), you can usually find me riding horses, working out, chasing my toddler around, or hanging out with family and friends.

I’m a big foodie! I love to garden and shop at the farmer’s market (Placer County has the BEST produce), and whip up farm-to-table meals. We also have 20+ chickens and enjoy farm fresh eggs.

What’s your next move?
