I worked as a top-producing agent in the uber-competitive San Francisco market for years. Believe me when I tell you there’s nothing I haven’t seen. As a result, I’ve refined my all-inclusive process to ensure every detail is covered, from professional staging, photography and digital marketing to popping a celebratory bottle of champagne on Closing Day.
STEP ONE
Listing presentation
Following our initial information-gathering call, I’ll deliver a formal listing presentation (aka my plan for getting you top dollar for your home). This includes a detailed comparative analysis of your home based on similar active, pending, and recently sold properties. I’ll also share any recommended home updates along with your estimated net proceeds from the sale.
STEP TWO
Prep to impress
Once we’ve signed the listing agreement, I create a custom pricing and marketing plan specific to your property. My goal during this phase is to make sure that when your home hits the market, my phone is ringing off the hook with showing requests. This may mean making some updates, such as painting, hardwood floor refinishing, landscaping touch-ups, etc. I manage every step of the process on your behalf, including sourcing multiple vendor quotes. My commission fee also includes professional staging and photography, and creating marketing materials that make your home irresistible.
Pssst … interest-free financing is available through Legacy Property’s “Spruce Up” program, meaning we will foot the bill for light updates like cleaning, painting, landscaping, etc. No strings attached.
STEP THREE
Show time!
It’s your beautiful home’s time to shine — and it’s going to look so spectacular, you *might* start having second thoughts about selling … just kidding! Before your home hits all the real estate websites, I’ll “preview” it to my network of agents and personal connections to generate early interest. Your home will be meticulous before every Open House and showing (I’ve been known to show up 1 hour early with a leaf blower, fresh flowers and a vacuum).
STEP FOUR
Accepting the offer
I’ll receive offers and negotiate on your behalf to get the strongest, highest offer possible. This includes personally following up with every single person who shows interest in your home. I LOVE presenting offers to my clients via (you guessed) a beautiful spreadsheet that breaks down ALL the numbers. From there, I’ll manage the escrow, finalize and close the sale, and celebrate with you.
