That’s why when it comes to selling, I’m much more than a traditional real estate agent who might snap a few photos with their phone (cringe!), put a sign in your yard, and cross their fingers the day it hits the MLS. 

I prepare and stage my listings a’ la HGTV based on what today’s sophisticated buyers want and expect. As your trusted advisor through this process, I’m helping you package it, position it, and market it so that you get the best, highest return possible on your investment. And it’s all included in my standard commission fee. You read that correctly – staging, professional photography, a custom website, and floor plan are on me! That’s how much I believe in the power of property preparation and staging.

  • Stand out Online: Now more than ever, buyers are searching for homes online. A well prepared, staged, and professionally photographed home makes it much more likely for buyers to fall in love with the listing online. As a result, we’ll have more open showings and a higher level of interest, which almost always results in multiple offers and most importantly, a higher sale price! 

 

  • Show the Layout: I always joke that buyers have no vision. It’s really hard to walk through a vacant home and figure out how you would arrange your furniture, or what fits in the space. When a home is professionally staged, the stager maximizes the layout to get the most out of it. 

 

  • Higher Sale Price: Hands down, a well staged home will sell for more than a vacant or an unprepped owner occupied home. In a recent study by the National Association of Realtors, they found that agents reported an increase of 1-5% in the offers received, when compared to similar un-staged homes.
